Anything can be 3d printed in this manner. Flipping a foot over to create the opposite leg is very easy in most 3d packages.

hi ND,
every piece is a new shape and there is no way to color it in the way you describe it. You have to paint every single piece individually.
I’ve seen some that use metal masks that they put onto their toys and spray with, but you’ll need some hardcore equipment to get that made.
